2014 Southern Open Badminton Championships

Deadline has been extended to EOD Friday June 25th.
Also, you DO NOT have to be a USAB members to play.
In addition, Friday evening is for singles play only.

We are excited to announce that the 2014 Southern Open Badminton Championships will be held in  Chattanooga, Tennessee on August 1 – 3, 2014. The tournament will take place at the Maclellan Gymnasium on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s campus.


The Southern Open Championships is sanctioned by USA Badminton and all participants must be USA Badminton members (http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Badminton/Membership). This tournament will have singles, doubles, and mixed doubles(Open, Juniors, Seniors, Novice) categories available for participation.

The registration deadline is July 18, 2014. 

The Hampton Inn and Suites and the Holiday Inn Express will be the official host hotels for the Southern Open Championships.
